J-Variety strives to the highest level of
customers satisfaction with respect, competence,
and professional integrity. All
merchandises was carefully inspected and left
J-Variety premises in good condition. The
customer is expected to inspect merchandise
received from J-Variety for shortages, wrong item(s), defects or any other discrepancies. All claims resulted from this inspection must be made
within three (3) days of receipt of goods and in writing
within six (6) days of receipt of goods or will not be honored.
A refund less shipping fees will be issued three
(3) days after returned item has been received
and inspected.
All items are shipped within 72
hours once payment has been received. We
have no control if in the event the item is
scheduled to be delayed by the Freight Carrier
due to customs of inspection. A Tracking #
will be provided via email. Damage, lost or
stolen packages once delivered are beyond our
responsibility, but rather the Freight Carrier.
If customer finds any damages in transit,
customer should make claim to the carrier
company (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) within
three working days. J-Variety is not responsible
for any loss or damages resulted caused by shipping
carrier(s).
Absolutely no refunds after thirty days (30) of
original purchase invoice date. All returns
are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returned merchandise must be in its original
mint and clean condition and include original
factory box, original factory packaging (foam,
plastic, wrappings, etc.) and blank, unfilled
warranty cards, all instruction booklets and
paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or
packaging in any manner. Returns on damaged
and scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
All returned merchandise must be
in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on
damaged or scratched merchandise will not be
accepted.
All software must be return in
unopened condition. Software returned in
opened condition will not be accepted.
All merchandise returned for repair or credit
must be accompanied by a RMA # (Return Authorization Number)
and posted legibly on the outside of the returned package
and must be shipped to J-Variety freight prepaid
and insured. J-Variety will not pay or refund this
freight charges. J-Variety will reject any merchandise
without a visible RMA # posted or with a postage due. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days only. Customer can
obtain the RMA # from customer service department by sending
an e-mail to rma@j-variety.com.
