Term & Condition of Sales
The ownership of the merchandise
sold from seller remained with the seller
until payments from the customer are cleared through
our bank. Your receipt of an electronic or other
form of order confirmation does not signify acceptance
of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation
of our offer to sell. J-Variety reserves the
right at any time after receipt of your order
to accept or decline your order for any reason.
J-Variety reserves the rights at any time after
receipt of your order without prior notices to
you, to supply less than the quantity you order
of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval
with an acceptable method of payment, as established
by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information
before accepting any order. Invoices are due and
payable in accordance with the term specified
on the front of the invoice. Customer with bounced
checks or past due payment will be re-evaluated
for credit status. An interest charge of 2%
per month will be added to past due account. A
service charge of U.S. $25.00 will be assessed
for each bounced check.
Prices on the Site
The prices advertised on this site are for
internet orders only. All prices are in US
dollar. Prices, inventory, and
availability are subject to change without
notice.
Graphical & Typographical Errors
All products pictures are for illustration purpose
only. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect
price due to typographical error or error in pricing
information received from our suppliers,
J-Variety
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such
orders whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card
has already been charged for the purchase and
your order is canceled, J-Variety shall immediately
issue a credit to your credit card account in
the amount of the incorrect price. We are
not responsible for typographical or
photographical
errors on the site.
Payment Methods
All prices are in US dollar. We accept major credit
cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover thru PayPal. Please be sure to provide your exact
billing address and telephone number your credit
card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information
may cause a delay in processing your order. Your
Credit Card will be billed upon purchase of your
order. We also accept Money Orders, Cashiers
Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks. Orders
are processed upon receipt of fund.
J-Variety
will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Sales Taxes
J-Variety shall withhold the applicable sales
tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within
California. Each customer shall be solely responsible
for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders
shipped to any other state.

All Trademarks, Service Marks and Trade Names
(collectively the "Marks") are proprietary to
J-Variety or respective owners that have granted
J-Variety the rights and license to use such
Marks.
